Eating

• I buy organic when possible.

• I eat the 100% whole wheat version when possible.

• I eat organic whole wheat bread. I don't eat white bread of any kind.

• I avoid Aspartame (including Nutrasweet).

• I try to eat more fruits, vegetables and fibers.

• I eat lean red meat maybe once a month.

• I eat a lot of protein.

• I try to have a handful of nuts a day + or -.

• The only "fast food" I eat is Subway, no mayo and maybe once a month if that.

• I don't drink coffee or alcohol. I was a diet coke junkie and I don't drink soda anymore.

• I drink a lot of water and green tea sweetned with honey.

• I don't eat deli meats, hot-dogs, cured meats, or anything with nitrates.

I have been amazed at how much better I feel since changing my eating habits. I never realized what I ate had such a huge impact on how I felt.
